This is a translation. If it differs from the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.
Savelinkly (Savelinkly operator (individual), the “Service”) handles your personal information as described below.
1. What we collect
Account: email address, sign-in method (email and password, or Google account), display name (with Google sign-in).
What you save: link addresses, titles, descriptions, thumbnails and article excerpts (fetched automatically by the Service), categories, tags, notes, read/favorite/archive status, reading progress, highlights, RSS feed addresses, public collection settings, site rules, snooze dates, and your display language (for the email digest).
Device and usage: app version, save source (app, web, extension, RSS, email), and server logs for diagnosing errors (request ID, time). We do not collect your search terms or note text for analytics.
2. Why we use it
To sync and show your saved links across your devices.
To send the weekly digest (if you turn it on), save RSS posts automatically, and serve public collections you create.
To keep the Service reliable, prevent abuse, and answer your questions.
3. Storage and processors
Data is stored and processed by Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore; database location: Seoul) and Vercel (web server; functions region: Seoul).
The email digest is sent through Resend (only if you turn it on).
Mail sent to your “save by email” address is received by Cloudflare Email Routing and used only to find the link in it; the message itself is not kept (only the saved link and the subject in its note).
We do not share data with any other third party and do not track you for advertising.
4. Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account exists.
You can delete your account and all data at any time in the app (Settings › Account › Delete account) or on the web (sidebar › Delete account). Your account is disabled immediately, your data and public collections are erased, and this cannot be undone. See also savelinkly.com/account-deletion.
Server error logs are deleted automatically within 30 days.
5. Public collections
When you share a category publicly, its links (title, address, site, save date) are visible to anyone with the link. Private notes, tags and archived links are never shown. Stopping sharing blocks access immediately.
6. Your rights
You can view, export (JSON, CSV), edit and delete your data. Contact us at support@savelinkly.com.
7. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), per-account access rules (Firestore security rules), and restricted admin access.
8. Changes
We post changes to this policy on this page and announce important changes in the app.
